If you ask me, the guy gets a raw deal in the media, but then who of any common sense or decency doesn't, these days? Benedict, we know, loves cats and has spoken out against factory farming. But his most important legacy must be his status as a fashion plate and his attempts to drag the church back to some sort of sartorial splendour.
I have no time for organized religion. It's caused enough damage, time to let it go. And, when a man wearing red slip ons tells us it's wrong to be gay, we know it's time for real change.
